Description: JOB SUMMARY:
The Engineering Team Lead is responsible for coordinating engineering activities required to deliver products. The engineering activities include processes for turning opportunities into desirable, reliable, quality, producible, and profitable solutions that meet customer needs. This includes working with teams inside and outside the department and managing projects of various scopes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and accountable for engineering activities such as quotes, contract reviews, product setups, engineering changes, production support requests, fixtures requests, drafting logs, equipment implementation, returned materials, corrective actions, and engineering projects Lead new programs / products through production and ensure product meets cost, delivery
